Now it is time to begin pulling together the elements of your course project. Choose an HR discipline that you will use to design a training course for your organization. If you do not have an organization that you can use, then your training can be a topic that is beneficial to any organization.
In preparing for the project, tell your classmates about the project. Include responses to the following questions:

?If you are planning to provide this training to a real organization, how will you gain approval and support for this topic?
