For instance if most of the work is in the evening one should be allowed to report an hour later in the morning (in my case at 8:00am) a compensate for that hour in the evening when there is a lot of work. The personnel manager should review the policy and change it. More suggestions should be collected from the other employees and communication made during the next general meeting at the end of the year.
The annual leaves are located in the middle of the year and at the end of the year. They are located at the same period for all the years. The organization should however review the time for allocating the annual leaves. Each employee should be given the freedom to choose on the time they want to go for their annual leave provided they communicate it in good time. The administration should make a change of the policy and communicate the decision immediately after the staffs meeting.
